We install Schuco solar panels with the peace of mind that they are well built so that we never have to go back on your roof, and also give exemplary performance of 50 to 70% of your domestic hot water needs.

Solar Thermal Heating – Shincliffe Durham

The Schuco Solar Thermal System of 5.4m2 (in collector size) provides approximately 240 litres of hot water per day. The Schuco designed panels are the ultimate in flat plate solar technology and are very neat and compact in design.

The client was completely renovating this three storey property in Shincliffe and was keen to incorporate a solar thermal heating system into his project. As a new roof was being completed we installed the Solar panels using Schuco's 'in-roof' system. The system was integrated to Patrick's Baxi Solarflo 250 litre unvented cylinder already installed.

The central government grant of £400 can be claimed after a Solar Thermal installation has been completed.

Such was the layout of the roof space that we had to install the solar panels in a landscape position.

SolarThermal Water Heating – Blaydon, Newcastle upon Tyne

The Schuco Solar Thermal System of 5.4m2 (in collector size) provides approximately 200 litres of hot water per day. The Schuco designed panels are the ultimate in flat plate solar technology and are very neat and compact in design.

Ashleigh lives in a conservation area in Newcastle, and was delighted to win planning approval for this bold scheme. Use of a facade system means that the house can benefit from the south facing wall, and gain the maximum solar energy.

We installed and commissioned Ashleigh’s solar thermal water heating system in April 2008 and she’s delighted with the results.
