Will the Air Source heat pump work when it's cold out side?

This is a fair question; the answer is yes, however firstly it's all down to the design. At Revolution Power we follow the accepted design practices, the first most important thing to work out an accurate heat loss as this forms the basis of the system design.

Secondly, ascertain if additional insulation can easily be installed in the property, i.e. cavity wall/loft insulation. As the installation of insulation could reduce the size of the heat pump and save you money in the long term.

Thirdly, look at the heat emitters in the property are sized correctly to work efficiently at low temperatures.

Will you be there to support us in years to come?

The short answer is yes, we fully intend to service all of our installations throughout the products life, but just in case the unexpected happens and we are no longer around, all of our installations come with a 10 year insurance backed, independent warrantee.

What does the double indemnity mean?

If your system is funded by Revolution Powers green loan scheme you will get an additional separate indemnity directly from the lender for the term of the loan, as well as one from Revolution Power, and a separate one via our independent insurance backed warrantee providers.

This may seam overkill but as new companies come and go in the renewable energy sector we want to demonstrate that we are offering the best service and peace of mind we possibly can.

What is the RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive)?

The RHI is a scheme where approved products which make heat from renewable sources which are installed by approved contractors. This is effectively like the FIT's (Feed in Tariff) but for heat which is made for your own consumption

Will my system qualify for the RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive)?

Yes, as we only install approved products which are fully registered enabling you to be first in line when the RHI comes into force.
