Air Source Heat Pumps for the Community

If available land or disruption to the building or its surroundings is a challenge, then an air source heat pump could be the answer to reducing the energy costs while sending a message of sustainability to your community. Air source heat pumps with a COP (coefficient of performance) of 3.7, basically means that for 1 kilo watt of electrical energy the unit consumes it produces 3.7 kilo watts of heat.

With our air source heat pumps they can be connected to an additional mobile communications device to enable committee members to monitor and adjust the temperature to suit the changing use of the building from the internet.

As we have worked closely with many community centres we can organise visits to sites to look at the installation and to chat to the committee about the installation process.
Eco Canopy

We installed a Stiebel Eltron Air Source Heat Pump and integrated it to a Rehau under floor heating system. The 5KW Air Source Heat Pump extracts energy from the outside air and supplies heat at a low carbon cost.

This model is particularly suitable for small quick builds such as the Bailey's Eco Canopy!
