Air Source Heat Pumps for Commercial use

As we are not tied to any one manufacturer we are free to take the best heat pumps in terms of form factor and functionality from all of our manufacturers. This enables us to produce a system design which fits the needs of the client and building, and not to suit the manufacturer's products.

Due to the high degree of in house technical knowledge we can design everything from standard 10kW air source heat pumps, up to 300kW including VRF (variable refrigerant flow) or VRV (variable refrigerant return) systems to provide heating, cooling, hot water and revolutionary heat recovery.

We can also configure the air source heat pumps to work in conjunction with other renewable energy products.

Farm Café in Northumberland

Our clients were developing a café on their farm and wanted a renewable way of heating the building, including a bunk house, a wash room area and to provide hot water for the kitchen.

After a site visit it was found that the most cost effective solution was to install an Air Source Heat Pump for all their hot water and heating requirements.

The Air Source Heat Pump works in a similar manner to a Ground Source, but takes the heat from the outside air.
